Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure that important HR SOPs are executed on time.
- Oversee the common HR mailbox, forward emails to the relevant team members, and guarantee prompt responses to all inquiries.
- Keep track of, rank, and respond to staff requests for tools, hardware, and access requirements.
- Keep thorough and current records of:
a. Current hiring status (open positions, offers, joiners).
b. Exits and onboarding.
c. Employee requests, questions, and answers.

The The Souled Store internship will be for a period of 3 months.
