Roles & Responsibilities

1. Provide prompt, courteous answers to consumer questions by phone, email, and chat.
2. Help clients place orders, monitor shipments, and handle any problems that may come up.
3. Keep thorough records of all communications and transactions with customers in the software.
4. Work together with the marketing and sales departments to offer clients tailored suggestions.
5. Keep an eye on client comments and report any problems to the relevant department for handling.
6. Contribute to the company’s overall success by offering outstanding customer service and support.
