About Traya Health

The rapidly expanding health IT startup Traya (Tatvartha Health Private Limited) specializes on treating chronic conditions in millennials. November 2020 saw the release of Traya following extensive clinical and commercial study. Our journey began with the management of hair loss, and we are gradually branching out to address other chronic conditions like gut health, hormones, and cholesterol. Helping our patients manage their illnesses is all that we want to do. We are science agnostic, we are big fans of data-backed science, be it Ayurveda, allopathy, or nutrition.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process by organizing orientation sessions, creating new hire paperwork, and making sure new hires have a seamless transition.
• Employee Records Management: Keep and update personnel files while making sure they adhere to legal and corporate regulations.
• Staff Engagement: To foster a positive workplace culture, assist in planning wellness initiatives and staff engagement events.
• HR Reporting & Documentation: Help with HR report preparation, HR database upkeep, and HR-related documentation management.
• Policy & Compliance: Help make sure that HR procedures and policies adhere to both legal and corporate standards.
• HR Projects: As needed, assist with HR programs and projects, including staff development, training, and performance management.

Requirements

1. Seeking or having just finished a degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, or a similar discipline.
2. Considerable desire to work in human resources.
3. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
4. The capacity to operate both alone and cooperatively in a group setting.
5. Strong attention to detail and organizing abilities.
6. Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
7. Although not necessary, familiarity with HR tools and processes is a bonus.
