Roles & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the domain and collaborate well with business partners to satisfy customers.

• Creates and promotes a top-notch product strategy and vision for a product team overseeing several products.
• Know how several projects are planned and carried out in an Agile environment for product management, taking into account the needs of the final product.
• Makes certain that the senior leadership team’s priorities and vision, as well as the stakeholders on the team, are in line with the product’s vision, strategy, and status.
• Makes sure the needs of the business are being satisfied.
• Work directly with high-performing engineering teams to make sure we are producing scalable software that is high-quality, on-time, and satisfies customer expectations.​
• In an agile, unclear start-up setting, possess technical acumen to develop and expand technical platforms and products and to participate in engineering discussions and priorities.
• Promote the use of metrics and statistics to inform decisions.
• Have an effect on a worldwide level.supports and upholds the organization’s goal, values, and integrity and ethics standards.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of work experience, ideally in a product division.
• A solid foundation in eCommerce or retail.
• A solid technological foundation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a cooperative attitude to goal-achieving
• Shown capacity to work well in cross-functional teams with an agile mindset
• The capacity to establish connections with important partners around the organization fast.
• Focused on the customer, end user, and impact
• Able to communicate effectively to serve as a consultant to partners and senior leadership
• Adaptable and flexible in uncertain situations
