Falguni Nayar launched Nykaa, an Indian lifestyle retailer of beauty, wellness, and fashion products, in 2012. The company transitioned from an online-only to an omnichannel model in 2015, and began selling things other than beauty. It retails over 2,000 brands and 200,000 products on its platforms in 2020.

Nykaa offers a variety of ecommerce channels, including websites and mobile apps, as well as 76 physical locations. It is a unicorn startup with a valuation of Rs.85 billion (US$1.2 billion) as of 2020.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform market research and analysis to find fresh development prospects.
• Help in creating business plans and strategies to increase market share and revenue
• Work together with cross-functional groups to carry out strategic goals and projects.
• Use Microsoft PowerPoint to create reports and presentations that convey conclusions and suggestions.
• Assist the sales team in evaluating consumer information and patterns to enhance sales tactics
• Help in tracking and assessing the effectiveness of current tactics and offering suggestions for enhancements
• Help the company succeed overall by offering insightful commentary and suggestions derived on data-driven research.
