Tech Mahindra Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers, in English languages.
  • Resolving customer queries and requests.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
  • Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
  • Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company

Tech Mahindra Off Campus Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate Fresher.
  • 12th pass with at least 6 months of experience in BPO (customer service).

Preferred skill:

  • Handle customer’s problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide support to customers in multiple languages via phone, email, or chat.
  • Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support from supervisors.
  • Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Regularly update customer database with accurate information
  • 5 Days working, 2 days’ rotational week off- US rotational Graveyard shifts, split week off.
  • 9.5 Hours shift (including 1 hr break). Rotational shift
  • Both side cab service if address is covered in our transport boundary.
