Roles & Responsibilities

1. Keep HR databases and personnel records up to date.
2. Assist with hiring tasks like setting up interviews and communicating with applicants.
3. Plan internal communication campaigns and employee engagement activities.
4. Help with management review analytics and HR reports.
5. Organize the new hires’ induction and onboarding procedures.
6. Verify adherence to legal standards and corporate rules.
7. For daily operations, assist the HR staff with administrative tasks.
